Adaptive Yoga

]Adaptive Yoga is a class style that takes time to address the adjustments and modifications needed for people of all ages. Adjustments that include, difficulty moving between from standing to sitting on the floor, joint pain that limits mobility, stiffness that has developed over time and more. This is the class for the individual who says I am too stiff for even a beginner class!
