Amanda began her yoga journey in 2013, taking classes with her mom at 3B. She fell in love with the Ashtanga style and within a few months she knew she wanted to teach and spread the love. She completed her training that following January and has taught in a few locations around the valley.

After a car accident and resulting whiplash in 2015 Amanda found Massage Therapy. She completed her training in 2016 and now is so grateful she hit that bus. 

She has dedicated herself to being a lifelong learner of all things yoga, massage, and mental health and well being.
