One valuable skill a yoga teacher can develop is the ability to help students to find the best way of practicing postures, and to help them by offering adjustments when needed.
This is the first on a series of 3 workshops studying the psychology and the mechanics of adjustments in yoga practice.
Class starts on March 29th, from 5-8pm, and continues on Saturday 30th from 10:30am-1:30pm.
