Our Gentle Yoga class is based on the principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa -attention to breath, to how the body moves in a posture, and internal focus. In this class, expect less postures in their more gentle and restorative variations. This is an excellent class to take between more strenuous practices. It's also recommended for beginners, those recovering from injuries (consult your doctor first!), pregnant women and students who just love to be gentle in their practice.
